There is an epidemic in our culture! Sitting. You know what I say, ‘Sitting is the new Smoking’. During your day it can really sneak up on you, you can spend your day sitting more than you had ever imagined without even realizing it. Our environment is set up to sit. Our office chairs, our cars, our toilets, our reading nooks, our couches, our dinner tables, our waiting rooms…..the list goes on. If we can take a few moments a day to just take inventory of how much we have sat today then we can begin to bring awareness and notice that maybe we don’t need to sit this time. Sitting is awesome, but everything in moderation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
