Get your jellyfish on! Here you will learn why we can learn so much from the ocean and all it’s bendy little creatures.  Help bring some fluidity back to you spine and loosen up the stagnant spots!  You will want a Myofascial release ball of some kind, a blanket (or something slippery on carpet, if you are practicing on carpet), a block and bolster will be nice, but not necessary.
