Using our sense of sight we can relax our nervous system out of our default ‘fight or flight’ setting so many of us are in these days. This mindful Movement practice is all about finding yourself safe where you are.
This Mindful Movement practice is focused on using the earth as our base to rise up. Â Every action needs an equal and opposite reaction, the ground is that reaction. The Essential Oil blend being used is Peace. You may want a block for this class.
